Matt is the one who takes the project from an idea on paper and makes sure it actually happens on site. With over 25 years in the industry, he coordinates the day-to-day running of our projects, bringing together the different trades, suppliers and deliveries while keeping a close eye on quality, timings and all those little details that can easily get missed. He’s also the main point of contact throughout the build, making sure everyone knows what’s happening, what comes next and that the finished project delivers what was agreed from the start.
Alex is the creative eye behind our projects and a big part of what makes an Aspect renovation feel like an Aspect renovation. From the way your kitchen or bathroom looks and feels, to how it actually works day to day, Alex considers every detail. She works closely with our clients on layouts, colours, products, tiles, lighting and finishes, making sure all those individual choices come together as one complete design. She’s also the one keeping everything in check behind the scenes, making sure the details are right, products are considered and what we’ve designed can actually be delivered on site.
Our go-to man for all things timber. Ozzy specialises in kitchen fitting and first & second fix carpentry, with the experience and attention to detail to make sure everything fits, functions and finishes exactly as it should. If it needs cutting, fitting, scribing or making good, Ozzy’s probably already on it.
Fred keeps things moving on site, supporting the trades throughout our projects. Always ready to get stuck in, he helps make sure the team has what they need and the job keeps running smoothly. If something needs carrying, cutting, clearing or holding in exactly the right place — Fred’s your man.
Steve is our specialist in traditional ornamental plasterwork, with extensive experience repairing and restoring original cornices, mouldings and period details. He also takes care of plastering and skimming in some of our smaller spaces where his expertise is needed. A true expert in his field — when old plasterwork needs saving rather than replacing, Uncle Steve’s the man for the job.
With over 20 years of experience in plastering and rendering, Gareth is a highly skilled tradesman with a real eye for achieving a great finish. Alongside traditional plastering and rendering, he specialises in microcement and decorative surface finishes, including acrylic and epoxy systems. His attention to detail and ability to create seamless finishes make him a great addition to our more design-led projects. Skilled, meticulous and always incredibly neat and tidy — exactly what you want from a plasterer.
