It's a question we're often asked, and the answer isn't necessarily about the size of the bathroom.
At Aspect Renovations, our bathroom renovations generally start from around £15,000, with most of our more design-led projects sitting comfortably between £20,000 and £25,000.
So what's the difference?
A bathroom at the lower end of our pricing will typically involve a straightforward replacement, keeping the existing layout and plumbing positions wherever possible. This allows us to concentrate the budget on good-quality products, proper preparation and a professional installation without introducing unnecessary additional work.
And importantly, that doesn't mean compromising on the quality of our workmanship.
As budgets move towards £20,000–£25,000, we have much more flexibility to rethink the room entirely.
That might mean moving plumbing positions, introducing a walk-in wet deck shower, incorporating bespoke storage, underfloor heating, feature lighting or selecting more premium tiles, furniture and brassware.
This is where our in-house design service really comes into its own.
Alex works closely with our clients to develop the layout, choose the finishes and create detailed 3D designs so they can see how everything works together before installation begins.
Regardless of budget, every Aspect bathroom benefits from our managed approach, experienced tradespeople and attention to the work that goes on behind the finished surfaces.
I personally coordinate the installation, making sure the different trades and materials come together as planned.
We know we're not going to be the cheapest quotation, and that's fine. There are plenty of good bathroom fitters out there, but our service is about much more than simply replacing a bathroom suite.
It's about taking responsibility for the whole project, helping our clients make the right decisions and delivering a finished bathroom that looks as good as it functions.
Whether we're working with a straightforward replacement or a complete redesign, our standards remain the same. It's the level of specification and complexity of the project that changes.
